camp waiver & release

Every participant at camp must complete a 2024 Camp Waiver and Release form. You will need your group’s Registration ID (Reg ID) to complete this form. The Group Leader from your church or ministry can provide this number for you. The waiver will pre-populate with your submitted information, as well as your specific church group and camp information. Complete the additional required information, sign, and submit!
