During the summer of 2025, you would serve on one of the camp teams out on the road.
WHAT ARE SOME OF THE responsibilities for the program specialist?
Some of the responsibilities of the program specalist include leading out in planning and content development for track times. You will also help in the warehouse and getting all out camp gear ready to hit the road for the summer. Another thing is helping recruit our summer staffers.
Can I work from anywhere? / Do I have to relocate to Nashville?
We ask that you relocate to Nashville due to the collaborative nature of our team, and so you are able to be present at the warehouse in Nashville.
how many hours per week does the program specialist work?
Between 30-40 hours per week.
Do you have to be a college graduate?
You don’t have to have graduated college, but you do have to be able to relocate to Nashville. Our work is done during regular business hours.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes! You must be at least 18 years or older.
is it paid?
Yes! We can discuss details in the interview process.
