step 5: camper info, housing, and track times
camper info
In early-to-mid April, each group leader will receive access (by email) to a Participant List via a Google spreadsheet. This spreadsheet will allow you to input all your participant information (name, gender, age, track time selections, and special requests or needs). The participant list is due 14 days prior to your arrival at camp. We utilize this information to make housing assignments, place campers in graded Bible study groups, and to make track time assignments, so please make every effort to submit this info in a timely manner.

Housing
Housing differs by location. Check your location-specific info page for more details. Click here.
Room assignments are determined after we receive a completed Participant List for each church for a given cycle of camp. Your Camp Director or Office Director will contact you prior to your arrival with details about your specific housing assignment, usually about a week prior to arrival.
Track times
Track times offer a variety of options to appeal to kids with a wide range of interests (sports, art, science, swimming, etc.). Tracks are a big deal to campers because they are the only part of the day that campers get to choose!

TRACK SELECTION CARDS
The track options for each camp are listed on a unique, location-specific Track Time Selection Card, available below (scroll to the bottom of the page, or click the button to jump directly there). Please download the Track Selection Card for your camp location, allow campers to indicate their top choices, and then input their picks on your Participant List.
Pro tips: Here are two great options for collecting track time selections from campers.
Download and print a location-specific track selection card for each camper. During a Sunday or Wednesday gathering, show the track description video and allow campers to make their choices.

Download a location-specific track selection card and the track description PDF. Send these details to parents via email. Ask parents to review the options with their campers and return a completed card. Be sure to set a deadline, and give yourself enough time to collect responses and input the selection data into your Participant List.

Campers
CentriKid offers overnight camps for church groups to bring 2nd–6th graders to experience the time of their lives and learn more about the message of Jesus Christ!
Team assistants
The Team Assistant Program allows each church group to bring their best high school juniors and seniors, or even college students to be adult sponsors for the week of CentriKid.
Adults
Adults at camp have fun too! At camp, we provide time for each church group to make intentional bonds, build relationships, and have a phenomenally fun time! We count on adults to be there and engaged at camp
YOUNGER KIDS
We want group leaders and adults to be able to spend time with loved ones during their busy summer, and we understand that, in some situations, parents or guardians may want or need to bring younger kids to camp. Infants or toddlers who do not require additional bed space or meals may come at no charge. Younger kids who need a bed or who will eat meals at camp should be registered as a participant at full price. Younger kids should remain under adult supervision at all times, and may not participate in Bible study, recreation, or track times. Please also consider the needs of your campers, and ensure enough adults accompany your group to build relationships and focus on their camp experience. All participants (even younger kids) must have a completed camp waiver and release (found on step 3 – important forms).

Zach and Drew met in college at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, OK. They started to lead worship at the BCM on campus in 2012 and have led on and off since. Zach is married to his wife 
Austin Miller Band is a group based out of the Carolinas that formed in 2018. Known for their high energy, and passion, AMB constantly seeks to point others to Christ through their music and lives. Seeking to tear down the divide that seems to have been made between the stage and the seats, AMB can be found all over camp with students and their leaders. They want to get to know you, your story, and what God is doing in your life. 
Jonathan & Emily can’t wait to start their 7th summer with 
Eryn Riley is a student at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas majoring in Vocal Music Education. This is her second official year with CentriKid, and she is thankful for the opportunity to lead out in worship (one of the best parts of camp)! CentriKid has quickly become one of her favorite things, and she is so excited for this summer!
Matt is a worship pastor / leader currently residing in Hernando MS. He has spent the past 16 years traveling and leading across the country, while also serving for the past decade as one of the founding pastors and worship leader of Eastpoint Church in Lewisburg, MS. His desire is for people to realize and walk in their God given calling of glorifying The Father through individual & corporate worship
Dr. Shane Garrison is Professor of Educational Ministries at Campbellsville University School of Theology. Shane has served with CentriKid for ten years as a camp pastor and on the content creation team. He is married to Jennifer and they have two teenage sons.
