about the campus
Barton College in Wilson, NC is just 1 hour east of Raleigh. This campus provides a great atmosphere for kids camp with its small-campus feel. Traffic is limited to the perimeter of campus, so kids will be able to safely move around campus without crossing streets. Barton has an intramural gym that has 2 courts, so we’ll have a space to head indoors in case of rainy weather. Worship will be in the newly-renovated Wilson Gym that now has air-conditioning.
HOUSING INFORMATION
Dorms are 2 beds per room, and a bath on the hall. Some rooms may also be a Jack and Jill bathroom shared between 4 rooms. We will be using East Campus Suites, Hilley Hall, Waters Hall, and Wenger Hall. Room descriptions and diagrams are on the Barton College website.
All beds are twin beds. Sheets and towels are NOT provided.
Housing will be determined when we have received a participant list for each church attending camp for the week.

Barton College does have a pool available for use during the day. CentriKid staff will help establish pool rotations so that everyone has access throughout the week. There is a lounge area under the cafeteria for you to sit back and take a breather from the craziness of camp.

in case of bad weather
We communicate with Group-Leaders on-site when we know bad weather is coming, and our staff have plans in place whenever storms pop-up unexpectedly.
In case of inclement weather, we use the gym and other buildings on campus to keep campers safe while still being able to enjoy each activity at camp. Your Camp Director will keep you updated on everything you need to know when conditions like these arise at camp.

Zach and Drew met in college at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, OK. They started to lead worship at the BCM on campus in 2012 and have led on and off since. Zach is married to his wife 
Austin Miller Band is a group based out of the Carolinas that formed in 2018. Known for their high energy, and passion, AMB constantly seeks to point others to Christ through their music and lives. Seeking to tear down the divide that seems to have been made between the stage and the seats, AMB can be found all over camp with students and their leaders. They want to get to know you, your story, and what God is doing in your life. 
Jonathan & Emily can’t wait to start their 7th summer with 
Eryn Riley is a student at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas majoring in Vocal Music Education. This is her second official year with CentriKid, and she is thankful for the opportunity to lead out in worship (one of the best parts of camp)! CentriKid has quickly become one of her favorite things, and she is so excited for this summer!
Matt is a worship pastor / leader currently residing in Hernando MS. He has spent the past 16 years traveling and leading across the country, while also serving for the past decade as one of the founding pastors and worship leader of Eastpoint Church in Lewisburg, MS. His desire is for people to realize and walk in their God given calling of glorifying The Father through individual & corporate worship
Dr. Shane Garrison is Professor of Educational Ministries at Campbellsville University School of Theology. Shane has served with CentriKid for ten years as a camp pastor and on the content creation team. He is married to Jennifer and they have two teenage sons.
